I'll tell you, this maintenance stuff is NOT easy.
I'm great at dieting. We've established this.
Maintaining is a whole new ballgame.
One day, I take all my food to work and have a great day.
The next day, I take all my food to work and think....."naah.... I want a cheeseburger."
What's up with that?
The other issue is getting to the gym. For some strange reason, I can't seem to work out if everything else is going smoothly. I'm getting so frustrated with myself. I'm trying to plan some other ways to get some exercise in.
Once I've moved, in a couple of weeks, I'd like to really concentrate on getting it all together. Without the commute, I should be able to build an extra hour into my day. Of course, waiting two more weeks until I've moved sounds a lot like an excuse, doesn't it?
The good news is, the weight is staying the same, only slight fluctuations. I don't want to be floppy though - must get to the gym, darn it!
This weekend, I am going to do my food prep and get my coming week together!
Maintenance is NOT a walk in the park!
